Monterey County, California has selected Cumming for as needed Construction Estimating Services. Cumming, along with three other firms, will be contracted under a master services agreement for the work.

5/21/09 - LA Southwest College Celebrates the Opening of its New LEED Silver Student Services Facility
As College Project Manager for the reconstruction of LACCD's LA Southwest Campus, Cumming proudly delivered another successful facility to LACCD and the residents of South Central Los Angeles. The new $16 million, 64,437 sq. ft. Student Services building earned a LEED Silver rating by the U.S. Green Building Council for its compliance with sustainability standards.
5/4/09 - Cumming selected by GSA for as-needed Construction Management work in California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Guam
Cumming has been selected by the General Services Administration (GSA) under an IDIQ contract to perform as-needed construction management work in California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Guam. The contract is for one year with up to four one year extensions.
